Ford made about 500,000,000 f150's, half of which are on sale at any given moment. You are not a special snowflake. Please lower your prices accordingly.

Truck resale prices are ridiculous. This isn’t specific to the F-150. Case in point, I bought a NEW, freshly redesigned ‘16 Tacoma FOR LESS than some older versions that had been around for a decade was going for on some lots.
I spent about 3K more than most ‘14s & ‘15s with 20-30K miles on them for a brand new Taco.
Let all that sink in for a moment. Brand new, my choice ‘16 for 32K or used ‘14 with 30K miles for 30K or a low mileage ‘15 for 34K.
WTF!!!!

So, that means that there is nearly 2 F150s for every person in the U.S.

My dad’s 12 year old Silverado “Base” with hail damage, 145,000 miles on it, and a value damaging lift kit is still valued at just about $8k.
Used truck prices are laughably ridiculous.

go shopping for Rangers. I bought mine 4 years ago with 15,000 miles on it. I see nearly identical ones listed on Autotrader today with 50,000+ and they’re asking for more than I paid for mine.
Crazy.

How many of these dimps are adding up the prices of all of the mods they put on it, and tacking that on to the asking price?

Overpriced by-owner trucks go
Taco - A 2001 Prerunner (drool) is $10K+ if it’s under 100,000 miles.
F-150 - “Nah man, it’s basically the same as trophy truck.” - Raptor clone owner.
Diesel Ram from the 90's - Actually does run forever. It’s just kinda ugly and is actually a tin can.
Silverado... - eh?
